Discovering all we can about the people we are designing for and defining the problems we intend on solving for them is the key to beginning a succesful project.
After we know all we can about who we're designing for we can begin designing the structure, navigation and user interface elements.
When we feel we have found the ideal design solution, its then time to build and deliver the experience to the user then watch learn from their use.
Once delivered, its time to monitor, measure and analyse how the delivered solution met the needs of the user and business and continue to refine based on our findings.
